Who are we kidding? Every day is Taco Tuesday these days. From breakfast tacos, to chicken salad tacos and pulled pork tacos, I’m surprised I haven’t turned into a taco!
Today’s tacos are tuna – I could have eaten 10 of them!
1 can tuna in olive oil
Chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp capers
1 wedge of fresh squeezed lemon
1 small clove of garlic minced
1 tsp light mayo
Fresh tomato and jalepeño for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix up all the ingredients and stuff them in a tortilla. Delicious!
