Good morning and welcome to October! The weekend looks like it’s not going to be as rainy as originally forecast, but the weather has canceled the much anticipated 44th Street Garage Sale. However, don’t despair they have a rain date for next Saturday!

Last night, we celebrated Hell’s Kitchen and the W42ST Best of Awards 2022 at the Intrepid Museum under the wings of Concorde. The cloudy skies didn’t deter us — and the winners received their awards against a backdrop of a beautiful West Side sunset. Check out the winners here…
