I’ve been starting to visit all those new Hell’s Kitchen places that opened in my five months away. It was a delight last night to sit at the bar at Chalong and watch Pattamon “CC” Kerdrojwongkul at work creating amazing cocktails. W42ST featured the eatery back in January — and this weekend they got a wonderful review from the New Yorker. Where next…?
