Business owners on 9th Avenue between W51st and W56th Street were given notice yesterday that they will need to remove their outdoor dining structures by May 1 — and will not be able to put them back until after resurfacing work has taken place during the week of May 18. We ask today whether they should be put back. Take our survey and we’ll return tomorrow with results and the reaction of the businesses.
