Happy Wednesday. It’s just over 24 hours since the horrific shooting at the Brooklyn 36th Street subway station. We hope that you, your family and your friends were safe. Governor Hochul said: “This is a rarity, but one instance like this is one too many.” We will all feel a little more cautious heading to the subway this week.

Former NYPD officer John Cicero was sentenced to 10 years in prison on charges of trafficking what prosecutors described as “date-rape” drugs in Hell’s Kitchen. Locals told us that the combination of GBL and Meth is particularly insidious along with a party drug called G (which can be lethal in the wrong dose or with alcohol).
