We were sad in April when Abel Castro announced that he would close Ñaño Ecuadorian Restaurant after 10 years. Yesterday, we spotted the depressing sign on 10th Avenue that it’s to be replaced by a “Smoke Shop Coming Soon”. The whack-a-mole approach to this issue seems to be never-ending…
