I’m on a mission to get a sourdough loaf from Amy’s Bread for photographer Gary Hershorn who’s recovering from ankle surgery. Our much-missed breakfasts at the Galaxy Diner will be replaced with a Hoboken location today. What are your plans for the morning?

Late on Tuesday evening, a man parked up his van on 10th Avenue and took apart the Hell’s Kitchen Community Cupboard — a food share service that’s given so much support to the neighborhood.
