Chris Crowthers Marathon MFF

As tens of thousands crossed the finishing line of the New York City Marathon, Mark Fisher Fitness trainer Mark Crowthers was recovering from an operation that put him out of the race. “Well…this isn’t exactly what I thought the few days leading up to the New York City Marathon would look like but here we are. Thursday I had an emergency appendectomy after experiencing some abdominal pain. Am I heartbroken that I don’t get to celebrate the four months of training? Yes. But, obviously my health is paramount. The outpouring of love, support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my training has been unforgettable. And the generosity of so many of YOU that helped me raise $11,479 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is something I will never take for granted. I’m doing ok and feeling better each day. I will cross that finish line next year,” Chris said on Instagram. We wish him a speedy recovery…

Happy belated birthday to Naty Caez.
