Congratulations to Mark Fisher (from Mark Fisher Fitness) and Shina Morris on the birth of their first child. Celestia Lou was born on Friday. Like my daughter, she was also named after both her grandmothers.”

Happy belated birthday to Paul Devlin, Antonia Donato and Mikal Din — along with birthday greetings today to Helen Geng.
