Congratulations to Mark Fisher (from Mark Fisher Fitness) and Shina Morris on the birth of their first child. Celestia Lou was born on Friday. Mom and baby are doing well (and Mark’s ecstatic!). “Celestia was my mom’s name, and Lou is Shina’s mom’s name,” said Mark. “My mother passed away in April. Like my daughter, she was also named after both her grandmothers.”
