So, what’s your New York story? Born here, or just arrived?
I bought an apartment in the neighborhood in 2014 and I “commute” from Paris, France, to Hell’s Kitchen (and W42nd Street) several times a year.

What was your first job? What do you do now?
Military service. I Was In the Navy… yes you can sing the song! I now own a Paris-based fund management company — and host a podcast called Mega Tendances (Mega Trends).

What’s your favorite New York minute (or moment) so far?
My first sunset on the rooftop of Atelier Condo Building.

Share with us why you love Hell’s Kitchen
Hell’s Kitchen is a village with its own culture. Diversity seems to define the neighborhood, which is great. Broadway is so close… and I love musicals. I attend conferences at the Javits Center for my job. So much to see, so much to do !

What’s your superpower or hidden talent?
I am super curious! I think curiosity is a virtue! Is it?

What else should we know about you?
I am a huge NYC fan, I love to listen to people. New Yorkers, wherever they come from, might be the real asset of New York.

So authentic…but don’t order the sangria if you are a party of two: you’ll get drunk!

Birdland — 315 W44th Street (bw 8th/9th Ave)
Best Jazz on earth?

A place where you can often meet the great Phil O’Brien, founder of W42ST and such an important figure of HK.

Grand Cru Wine and Spirits — 570 11th Avenue (bw W42/43rd St)
Great wines at affordable prices. Don’t bring your Bourgogne wine from France…it’s there!

Añejo — 668 10th Avenue (corner of W47th St)
Mexican chic! I love it!
