The 2,768 square-foot unit at 426 W58th Street is currently owned by developer/investor and former Goldman Sachs executive Sandeep Garg, according to the New York Post

There are four bedrooms, including a master suite with a windowed walk-in closet, and 3.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is connected to the living room via a custom sliding door, so there’s the option of opening up the living room to “concert hall size,” according to the StreetEasy listing. The bright space is filled with windows (90 feet across both levels) and has hardwood floors throughout and 13-foot ceilings on the main floor.

The unit is located in a boutique condo originally built around 1900, then gut-renovated by architecture firm CetraRuddy in 2017. It’s one of only two apartments in the building with the original limestone façade and full street frontage.

The auction is being led by Misha Haghani, owner of Paramount Realty USA, who also handled the auction of Donald Trump’s childhood home in Queens, the Post notes.

Any takers?
