NYPD is appealing for help to find 3-year old Majesty Brown who was taken from the McCaffrey Playground on W43rd Street between 8th/9th Avenue at around 5pm on Thursday.

They are seeking Dale Smith, 20, in connection with the kidnapping. The boy was taken after a dispute with Majesty’s mother.

Majesty is described as 3-years-old, 3’5″ tall, and around 45 pounds with a medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair braided into cornrows. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black jeans, and yellow sneakers.

Dale Smith is approximately 5’8″ tall with a light complexion, brown eyes, black hair in braids, and a tattoo that says “DALE” on his left arm and a tattoo that says “LOYALTY” on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a white shirt, gray jeans, and gray sneakers.
