Hell’s Kitchen at Home Recipebook is published today and features your favorite dishes and cocktails from neighborhood restaurants and bars.
The book has been curated by the team at Hell’s Kitchen Hospitality — which owns Mom’s Kitchen & Bar, House of Brews, Dolly Varden, and New York Beer Company — as a fundraiser for the Restaurant Workers’ Community Fund.
“The recipe book is free to download and share. Our main goal is to raise money for the Restaurant Workers’ Community Fund, as well as provide fun local business-to-business engagement,” explained Patrick Schmidt, Director of HKH. “There is a ‘donate what you can’ checkout feature prior to downloading the e-Book that we are hoping will allow us to donate a large amount to this non-profit organization.”
The recipe book is edited by James “Fletch” Fletcher, Creative Director at HKH. He gathered food and drink recipes by everyone from Sullivan Street Bakery to Mercury Bar, Hummus Kitchen to Tacuba. Many of these recipes are from Hell’s Kitchen restaurants in hibernation — like the “French Onion Soup Burger” from Chef Paul Denamiel at Le Rivage. “It’s a great way to bring your favorite restaurant and bar home,” said Fletch. “We hope that creating, enjoying and sharing these great dishes and drinks will bring you joy.”
The e-Book features over 45 recipes contributed by local eateries and bars, for people to recreate in their Hell’s Kitchen kitchens. It also features profiles of locals — including some of W42ST’s West Side Stories.
The chosen charity, the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation, provides assistance and resources directly to hospitality workers in dire need. They also offer day-to-day programs that help keep workplaces safe.

Thank you Phil, for letting us know about “Hell’s Kitchen At Home Recipebook”. I just donated and downloaded – they make it seamlessly easy. I am thrilled with the pdf – the recipes, photos and stories are fantastic. It’s called “V1” – I hope there will be additional releases in the series. I’ll happily support each and every one! Now, to get cooking…
