The Circle Line is once again hosting their annual Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise this Saturday, much to the delight of Hell’s Kitchen dog owners.

After last year’s inaugural event, the renowned sightseeing cruise line is returning on Saturday, July 29 at 11am, offering both human and furry passengers a Hudson River experience, complete with a stunning view of New York’s skyline and a journey to the Statue of Liberty.

The Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise isn’t just about offering a unique day out on the water for dogs and their owners. As with the inaugural event last year, the sightseeing cruise company is again partnering with North Shore Animal League America for a mobile adoption event. Set to take place on Pier 83 from 10am to 2pm, it provides an opportunity for guests to meet and play with adult dogs and puppies, all of which are available for adoption.

Last year’s event was lauded as an innovative way to raise awareness about the importance of rescue and adoption, while also offering a memorable day out for dogs and their owners. With over 80 million passengers (and a smaller number of pups) since the Circle Line’s inception in 1945, the Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise is fast becoming a beloved annual tradition alongside the traditional sunset and 4th of July sailings.

New York Cruise Lines (NYCL), the owner of Circle Line, also operates North River Lobster Company and La Barca Cantina. They have recently delighted neighbors by offering them free sailings on those ships this summer.

This year, the 90-minute pup cruise promises to be even more exciting, doubling as a birthday celebration in honor of DOGust 1st, the universal birthday for all rescue dogs. Tickets are priced at just $30, and all attendees will get to enjoy pup treats from Little L’s Bakery, birthday toys and Pup Cups galore, along with bandanas and a DJ!

Proceeds from ticket sales go directly to North Shore Animal League America, a no-kill rescue and adoption organization that has saved over 1.1 million lives over its nearly 80-year existence.

“We are thrilled to announce the return of the Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise after the tremendous success of last year’s event,” said Craig Kanarick, CEO of NYCL. “This annual cruise has quickly become a beloved tradition, and we’re proud to partner with North Shore Animal League America once again so guests can not only create lasting memories, but also make a positive impact by adopting a pet in need.”

This is the third Circle Line Pup cruise for “America’s Favorite Boat Ride”, as they hosted a special Halloween sailing last fall and Neil Patrick Harris was spotted onboard!

The return of the Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise is a memorable way to celebrate International Friendship Day, and it provides a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of animals in need. So grab your furry friends and prepare for a fun-filled day of sightseeing, celebrating, and potentially even expanding your family by adopting a new pet.
